Digital Imaging SIG Meeting, Sat, Aug 21, 2010 9:30 am – Noon
The meeting will be about learning to critique pictures quickly. The pictures will be from three sources; the Rose Garden (June) and the Posey Street Bridge (July) or any other pictures that you want to submit. We will start at 9:30 with a quick discussion about methods to critique pictures and then we will spend an hour doing a critique. The second hour will be spent consoling those who had higher expectations (just kidding) – we will discuss the results. Bring five of six roughly 5×7 prints only. Must be prints and size is important. This is not a contest. You may bring bad pictures to figure out why they are bad. We will all do the critique in a semi-blind manner.
